Submit the form below by 9am on 16 December, 2024, for your chance to win a family pass to Carols by Candlelight.
1. Information on "How to Enter" and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is open to Australian residents.
3. The promotional period commences at 12:00am on 11 December, 2024 (‘Promotional Period’). The promotional period concludes at 09:00AM on 16 December, 2024. The winners will be selected and contacted by 5pm on 16 December.
4. To enter participants must complete the entry form above during the times specified. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure all details are full and correct before submitting their entry form.
5. Entries not completed in accordance with the Conditions of Entry or received after close of entry will not be considered. Incomplete or incorrect entries will be disregarded. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process. The judge’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding on every person who enters.
6. The winner of the Promotion will be selected by a panel at Vision Australia. The winner will be notified by email.
