Submit your entry by 11:59 PM on Sunday 14 December, 2025, to win one of two family passes (2 adult and 2 children) to Vision Australia's Carols by Candlelight 2025, you can select to attend rehearsal or main night.

- Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents.
- The promotional period commences at 12:00am on August 5, 2025 (‘Promotional Period’). The promotional period concludes at 11:59 PM on Sunday 14 December, 2025. The winners will be selected and contacted by December 15, 2025.
- To enter participants must complete the form above. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure all details are full and correct before submitting their entry form.
- The winner of the Promotion will be chosen based on their answer to the competition questions. The winner will be notified by phone or email.
